Be sure to read entire listing and check the photo’s closely! The Walter Brewing Company in Eau Claire WI Wisconsin was founded in 1889 by the 5 Walters brothers, while the Pueblo CO company was founded in 1898 by Martin Walters due to the WI brewery not being able to support all the families. This is a great looking piece that remains in excellent condition with no cracks or chips on any of the main surface areas, has some chipping by the attachment area where it screws onto the bolt which might be normal, plus has a very rich, green marbling color bakelite. Both label sides show very well with some light surface scuffs or wear that shows under the light, bakelite material remains clean and bright overall with light surface wear or marks, again, stuff that mostly shows under light and close observation. Mounting threads remain in good shape as well. The piece measures 2 7/8″ tall overall top to bottom, 2 3/8″ wide at the main top, lower mount post is 1″ long, top piece is 1 1/8″ thick at lower part below Eau Claire WI markings and around 5/16 thick at upper edge. A great tap handle loaded with super display and excellent quality! Item will be mailed Priority due to the rarity of the piece. What you pay is what shows as value, and please do not ask to lower this as stating correct value is a Federal Law.
