BUTCHERKNIFE BREWING SMALL BATCH BUTCHERKNIFE draft beer tap handle. Originally founded in 2012. Closed March 2020 and never reopened. One of over 30 breweries that closed in Colorado since the pandemic began. Tap has been used and shows just a little bit of wear. Still remains in excellent display condition. I have seen at least 3 different updates for this brewery. Using a real kitchen butcher knife and adapting it for service. The “F” is the letter that stands out in the ButcherkniFe logo. Brian Fitzgerald is also the creator so… Small screw holding in the internal threaded fixture. Tap handle has been turned and rotated so all sides are pictured.
