Contract brewed by Sleeping Giant and local distribution only. Looking for a place to make their own. Finally in 2019 they merged with Renegade Brewing and took over their production space to make a huge taproom with financial investment from a third party. Embezzlement and the pandemic crushed all their dreams and the project dissolved in 2020. Gunny Black Lager Schwarzbier. Lager yeast, caramel malts and German Noble hops. Dark with notes of roasted coffee and cocoa. Tap is listed as used. It remains in excellent condition and shows almost no wear. Please view all 19 photos as they are the best part of the description. A sturdy wooden river paddle covered in class 4 rapids and white caps. A water drop logo raised up shows the Brewery name and some pine trees. Reverse image on the other side. Rushing water in several tones of blue climb the paddle on both sides. Circular base has beer flavor on both sides. Heavy and well made. Have only seen one or 2 others like it.
