FLORIDA BEER COMPANY INDIAN RIVER BREWING SHOAL DRAFT PALE ALE draft beer tap handle. Originally founded in 1996 as The Indian River Brewing Company with this beer being their very first release. Recapitalizing in 2003 and using the name Florida Beer Company for manufacturing, packaging, sales and distribution. The next few years they managed to absorb Ybor City Brewing in Tampa, Key West Brewing in Key West and Hurricane Reef Brewing in Miami. Contract brewing for small labels such as the Original Sin line. Opening another brewing facility in 2014 at Cape Canaveral and brewing craft beers for Universal Studios Theme parks in Florida and California, including the real-world version of “DUFF” beer for the Simpsons. I believe now they are going by Carib Brewing. Tap is listed as used. It was pretty dirty, but it cleaned up nicely. It shows minimal wear from age but has some peeling on the side. Still overall, excellent condition. An early piece dating back 25 years at least. Still has original paint with no touch-ups. Please view all photos as they are the best part of the description. Completely painted by hand so no 2 look exactly alike. A small sailboat resting on a shoal in the Florida Keys. Beautiful blue waters and even bluer skies. The back is all white with the same Shoal Draft Pale Ale lettering as seen on the front. Stands about 8-3/4 inches tall. Tap handle has been turned and rotated so all sides are pictured.
