This fish looks amazing! Ge fresh water rainbow trout caught with a fly rod in Lake George. Eautiful details and a rainbow of bright colors among the spots. I have seen 2 other models of this in which one has a topper coming from its mouth and Adirondack is carved on the belly or a golden badge plate for the label on the back. The fish filets have a deep orange color with a sweet mild taste. You will never see that. Very hard to get now unless you have your NY fishing license. A fine collectible catch.
