This is one of a couple sales for Estate found Antique beer faucets I believe Pre Prohibition in as found working condition with finish wear and use marks. They are full no cracks breaks or repairs. The handle screws are tight but free with the tension washers in place. They are stamped LE Mitchell Boston Mass. There is one back plate that may no be original to the faucet but will work.
